Erste Vállalati [Corporate] Netbank and Erste Electra Installation Information
Customers that only hold Commerzbank accounts ‘142’ and have no account with Erste Bank:
Customers using Electra Program:
Between 21.00 and 24.00 hours on 6 October 2022, all users were sent an SMS text message for their own VICA application containing the VICA registration password required for the Erste Bank registration. All users are requested to register Erste Bank in the VICA application they are currently using.
In the VICA application, click Regisztráció [Registration] and select Erste Bank. In the popup window, enter the VICA user authentication sent to you in an SMS text message (which is identical to the user authentication used in Commerzbank) and the VICA registration passcode also sent in the SMS. After tapping the tovább [proceed]button, the registration is complete once the received SMS is typed in.
In the morning on 7th October 2022, all users authorised to sign Electra Program registration orders in Commerzbank were sent an SMS text message containing the product code required to install Erste Electra Program. In case you are using multiple Electra Programs in Commerzbank, multiple product codes were sent by Erste Bank. If there are multiple users authorised to sign registration orders in the company, each user with such authorisation was sent every product code. One product code allows installation of one Program (the program may be installed in network version with a single product code). Installation and operation of Erste Electra Program is identical to the Electra Program currently used with Commerzbank. When installing the program, please employ the assistance of the IT expert who currently operates the Commerzbank Electra Program. Erste Electra can be downloaded from the link: https://www.erstebank.hu/hu/ebh-business/kis-es-kozepvallalatok/mindennapi-bankolas/elektronikus-szolgaltatasok/erste-electra/electra-demo-es-aktualis-verzio.
Please, always update the software after installation at Paraméterbeállítás/Beállítások/Programfrissítés [Parameters/Settings/Program update > Verification] (click latest version and click Érvényesít [Verification]).
You can log in to the newly installed Erste Electra Program using the VICA application registered with Erste Bank. As a result of the legal continuity of the Electra contract established with Commerzbank, users have the very same authorisations in Erste Electra as in Commerzbank Electra. Modifications to the authorisations may be initiated at Commerzbank until 30th November 2022 and at Erste Bank from 1st December 2022. Authorisations of users should be checked in any case and modification of unwanted settings should be initiated with the bank. To check user authorisations, log in to the Electra Program and navigate to Paraméterbeállítás/Ügyféladatok/Felhasználók listája [Parameters/Customer data/List of customers]. Here you can check the user’s basic data, authentication method, and authorisations regarding the account as well as other authorisations).
After first logging in to the newly installed software, the data “csoport” [group] and “Felhasználó neve” [User name] must be defined. If the VICA user authentication in the SMS text message was “NAGYZRT:KISS” , then “csoport” [group]=“NAGYZRT” and “Felhasználó neve” [User name]=“KISS”.
The software installed this way gives users the chance to test and sign order file imports. These test files should always be deleted from Erste Electra once testing is complete. Importing files carries no risks, each error is displayed, helping to create a readable format. Erste Bank intends ensure that Commerzbank Electra’s import formats—save the differences originating from the divergent business operation of the two banks—remain readable in Erste Electra. With regard to payment products, please visit Commerzbank’s homepage.
The newly installed Erste Electra Program may not be used for sending off orders to Erste Bank until 5 December 2022. Information on payment operations between 1st and 5th December 2022 is available in Erste Bank’s communication regarding its bank holiday.
Erste Electra Program can be used with full functionality as of 5th December 2022.

When the signed contracts have been received by Erste Bank, the service goes online and the initial authentication passcode is sent to the users in an SMS text message.
