Electronic systems available at Erste Bank:
- Erste Electra
- Erste Vállalati NetBank [Erste Corporate NetBank]
Demo versions of both Vállalati NetBank [Corporate NetBank] and Electra Program are available at Erste Bank.
The demo versions allow familiarisation with the main functions and the interface itself, but they do not offer all new features or functions, such as request for payment. Actual wire transfers may not be initiated, either.
The demo versions are accessible at:

Do I have to establish a new contract for Erste Electra? When will it be available to Commerzbank customers?
There’s no need for recontracting as Commerzbank’s Electra agreement is also transferred to Erste Bank, and therefore you can use Erste Electra’ system as of the day of the portfolio transfer without a separate contract.
However, due to operational differences between the two banks, customers of Electra Program will be governed by a separate General Terms and Conditions.
The Electra Program you are using currently will remain operational, but its functions will be altered on 30th November. It will be put into ‘archive status’, and from that point on you will not be able to make modifications in that Electra Program as it will only be available for downloading past data (account balance, account history, partners etc.). This Electra platform will be referred to as “Archive Electra”.
Installation of the new Erste Electra Program will be made available 30 days prior to the portfolio transfer (on 1st November) with the purpose of giving you time to install the new Electra Program, copy the templates, partner data etc. Of course, transactions may not be initiated and account balances etc. will not be available until 30th November.
The application VICA has been used by Commerzbank customers for entering the Electra Program and sign transactions. To access the new Electra Program, you will have to register VICA with Erste Bank. In this context, you will be given further information in November.
What differences are there in the operation of Commerzbank and Erste Bank Electra systems?
- The amount of Overdraft is included in the account balance shown and available in Erste Electra Program and Vállalati NetBank [Corporate NetBank].
